Were Hiring Customer Support Assistants (PT/EN)

Your Mission

Provide customer support through various communication channels;
Clarify customer inquiries and follow up on requests;
Perform both back-office and front-office tasks;
Deliver an excellent customer experience;
Ensure compliance with the quality standards defined by the operation.

What Were Looking For

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Support role (mandatory);
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities;
Sense of responsibility and team spirit;
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What We Offer

Employment contract directly with Adecco;
Paid initial training;
Base Salary 920 Gross/month;
Language Bonus 135/month;
Meal Allowance 7.63/day on a meal card;
Hybrid working model.

Working Schedule

Rotating shifts;
Monday to Friday 0900 AM to 0800 PM
Saturday & Sunday 0900 AM to 0700 PM
Location Amoreiras, Lisbon
